This guide will walk you through the process of adding notes on the customer screen in Cloud Commerce Pro.

1. Admin Centre

From the admin centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click "My Customers".

2. Customer / Company List

Find the customer you require from the list either by using the search box or using the alphabetised filter along the top.

3. Customer Screen

Scroll down the customer screen to find the notes section. Previously created notes will display in the list. Cloud Commerce Pro auto-generates notes whenever a change is made on the customer screen to give you full autonomy.

To add a new manual note, click "Add Note".

4. Notes Editor

Type your manual note in the text box provided. When you're happy, click "Save" to go back to the customer screen.

5. Viewing Notes

Your new note will display at the top of the list. If the note is longer than the column, roll your mouse over it to view the whole thing.
