Recreating a consignment will resend the consignment information to the courier. This could be useful if you accidently set the wrong courier service. Simply cancel that consignment and follow the process below. 

Bear in mind, this process will not recreate the order in CCP. This only recreates the interaction with the courier.

1. Admin Centre


To get started click “Order Dispatch” from the Admin Centre.


2. Order Dispatch


From the order dispatch page, hover the mouse over “Filters”.


3. Filters


Completed orders do not show here by default, so we need to use filters to make them visible. Navigate to the “Completion” drop down and click it for more options.


4. Completed


Pick the period in which you want to search depending on when the order was completed.


5. Details


Navigate to the order you want to alter and click the “Details / Complete” button.


6. Customer Order


Change the courier service by clicking the truck symbol as shown above.

You can also recreate the consignment without changing the courier service if needed. If that is the case, skip to step 10.


7. Courier Service


1. Set a new shipment date here.

2. Click “Select Courier And Service Manually” to continue.


8. Select Courier


1. Select the courier you want to use.

2. Click “Next” to continue


9. Select the Service


1. Select the service you want to use from the list.

2. Click “Finish” to continue.


10. Customer Order


When you are ready click “Recreate Consignment”.


11. Confirmation


A dialogue will pop up to confirm if you want to continue. Click “Yes”.


12. Admin Centre


New documents will have been added to your print queue for the recreated consignment. If you wish to view them, click “Print Queue” from the Admin Centre.


13. Print Queue


The two new documents will show like the ones pictured above.
