You can easily import all your customers’ information to use within Cloud Commerce Pro. To do this:
1. Get the Template file
First you’ll need to get the template file – From the Admin Centre, click My Customers. Next, click the Export button and then Download Template near the top. This will automatically download a spreadsheet file for you to use.
2. Complete the Spreadsheet
Fill in you customer information in the spreadsheet. If you are not sure how to do this, please speak to your Project Manager or one of our Support team and they will happily help you. An example is available here.
3. Importing your Customers
When you are ready to import your Customers, on the Customer List page simply click Import, then on the next page Upload file and then Customer Import.
